Kristin Holmes

Kristin Holmes serves as the Group Head of Legal at Aztec Group since June 2018, also holding the position of Senior Counsel. Prior to this role, Kristin was the Lead Policy Adviser for Funds, Managed Accounts & Asset Management at the Finance Services Unit in the Government of Jersey from January 2013 to June 2018, previously known as Deputy Director, Finance Industry Development. Kristin’s legal career includes a tenure as a Senior Associate at Mourant Ozannes, a Legal Counsel in Financial Services at Perpetual Limited, and a Lawyer at the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). Additional experience includes roles as a Solicitor at Sydney Cove Law Group and P.W. Turk & Associates, where Kristin was promoted from Head Paralegal. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Law (Corporate Law) from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
