Tara D. Mackey

Tara D. Mackey is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at AZZ. Tara has previous experience as the SVP & Chief Legal Officer at a venture capital start-up in the auto industry, and as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Silverleaf Resorts. Tara has also served as the VP, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at SuperMedia LLC and Flowserve.

Tara D. Mackey obtained their Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, where they focused on corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A and securities law. Tara also has an MBA from Sam Houston State University, where they concentrated in corporate finance. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, where they double majored in marketing and management.
