Aurore Carton

Aurore Carton is a dedicated HR professional with experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as Chargée de mission RH at B. Braun Groupe since July 2018, Aurore specializes in recruitment, management of apprentices, and participation in site projects. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant RH, where Aurore implemented skills management and recruitment strategies. Prior to that, Aurore was Responsable compte at Randstad Inhouse Services, managing temporary workers' integration, payroll, and training. Aurore’s foundational experience includes positions in customer service and administration, along with a Master's degree in Gestion Interculturelle des Ressources Humaines and a Bachelor's degree in Langues étrangères appliquées Anglais-Chinois from Université Blaise Pascal.
