- Cultivate relationships with employer executives in medium to large self-insured employers
- You’ll share how b.well can assist self-insured employers with managing their healthcare risk in the same manner as a payer
- The successful candidate has track record of managing relationships with brokers and consultants and knows how to position b.well for success in the employer market
- You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the b.well solution and sharing how data and consumer empowerment combine to transform how employers managed self-funded healthcare risk
- Constructing materials to share how b.well can deliver digital transformation in partnership with employers and generate an ROI
- Deliver on the revenue promise to the company and the success of our clients.
- Having a finger on the pulse of cutting edge industry news and breakthroughs
Notches In Your Belt:
- 5+ years experience in business to business sales
- Employer health and wellness sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- A rolodex of sales leads, past wins
- Deep customer service knowledge
- Regularly overachieving sales targets
- Territory Management
- Prospecting skills
