What You'll Do

  • Responsible for cultivating relationships with small to medium sized health plan executives
  • Demonstrating the b.well solutions and sharing how interoperability, data and consumer empowerment combine to transform how patients experience health care
  • Constructing materials to share how b.well can integrate existing health plan digital, and member facing solutions to improve member engagement and health while delivering an ROI
  • You’ll share how b.well can assist health plans with their consumer-centric digital transformation
  • The successful candidate has a rolodex of C-Level contacts in health plans and knows how to set a vision for digital transformation success CEOs, CMOs, and Chief Digital officers and Innovation leaders
  • Constructing materials to share how b.well can deliver digital transformation in partnership with health systems and generate an ROI
  • Deliver on the revenue promise to the company and the success of our clients

Notches In Your Belt:

  • 5+ years experience in health plan sales
  • Healthcare sales experience required
  • Deep customer service knowledge
  • Regularly overachieving sales targets
  • Territory Management
  • Prospecting skills
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator
  • Positive, genuine and relentless commitment to personal, team and company success
