Iael Lukower

Iael Lukower started their career as an Associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 2001 before becoming a Full Lawyer at Banco Santander from 2007 to 2009. Iael then joined B3 in 2009 as a Senior Lawyer, later transitioning to a Specialist in Corporate Affairs and ultimately to the role of Corporate Affairs Associate Director. In 2017, they moved to IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, where they served as the Coordinator of the Governance Officers Committee until 2021, and then as Vice-Coordinator in 2022.

Iael Lukower attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2000 to 2004, studying law.
