Jennifer Forbes

Jennifer (Ellingwood) Forbes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee benefits and compensation. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits and Wellness at Babson College since June 2014, Jennifer previously held leadership roles at Benchmark Senior Living, including Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Compensation and Benefits. Additional experience includes HR positions at IONA Technologies, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and i-Cube, as well as a brief tenure at Razorfish. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northeastern University between 1994 and 1999.
