Rafael Chaves Rivera

Rafael Chaves Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and retail banking, currently serving as Credit Risk Manager at BAC Credomatic since June 2013. Rafael has held various positions within the company, including Credit Portfolio Deputy Manager and Mortgage and Auto Credit Manager. Prior roles include consulting at Compañia Internacional de Seguros and an internship in the Citi Services Center Delivery Network PMO. Earlier professional experiences include roles in business intelligence and cost analysis at Citi and Intel Corporation. Rafael holds an MBA in Finance and Sustainable Development from INCAE Business School, along with a Licenciatura degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica.
