Suzanne Barth

Suzanne Barth is the Chief People Officer at Syniti. Suzanne previously served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at GTY Technology Inc from September 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, Barth was the Principal Director of Human Resources at Draper from November 2014 to September 2019.

Barth began their career at Accenture in January 1987, where they worked for 14 years, eventually becoming an Associate Partner in Human Resources. In January 2008, they rejoined Accenture as a Talent Architect in Global Human Resources, a position they held until December 2014 when they left to join Draper.

Suzanne Barth has earned an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a BA in economics from the University of Connecticut, and a certification from the American College of Corporate Directors in professional director certification. Suzanne also attended Miss Porter's School.
