Qimei Luo

Qimei Luo is an experienced public relations and communications professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. From May 2011 to September 2014, Qimei co-founded and led the New York bureau of Sina Finance, covering significant events such as over 30 Chinese company IPOs and liaising with major financial institutions. Qimei has held prominent roles including PR Manager at Ant Financial and Public Relations Director at Serotonin. As Head of Overseas Public Relations at Kuaishou Technology, Qimei managed a global PR team across multiple regions. Qimei’s earlier experience includes working at LeEco as Associate Director of Marketing and Communications and overseeing PR efforts at Lino Network, a blockchain platform. Qimei holds two Executive MBA degrees from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completed in 2011 and anticipated in 2024. Currently, Qimei is involved in marketing and growth initiatives at Backpack.
