Shawn M Bowen serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at World Kinect, where previous roles included Vice President and CISO. Additionally, Shawn holds positions as a Cyber Advisor at Bain Capital Ventures and Advisor at Daxa, Inc. Shawn is recognized for expertise in cybersecurity education as an ISC² CISSP Authorized Instructor and a Certified CISO Instructor for EC-Council. Currently pursuing Executive Education in Cybersecurity at both Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Oxford, Shawn focuses on the intersection of policy and technology as well as the frontiers of strategy and policy in cybersecurity.
