Juliano Ohta

Juliano Ohta is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently, Ohta serves as an Advisor at Bain & Company and as a Board Member for multiple organizations, including Leinertex, Gart Materiais De Acabamento, and Instituto para Desenvolvimento do Varejo, where Ohta also chairs the Financial Services & Payments Committee and the People & ESG Committee. As a former CEO of Aldo Solar and Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, Ohta has demonstrated expertise in high-performance polymer solutions and business strategy. Ohta held significant leadership roles at Telhanorte, where responsibilities included directing sales, operations, marketing, and purchasing. Ohta's academic background features a General Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School, alongside a BA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
