Christophe De Vusser

Christophe De Vusser is the Worldwide Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bain & Company, where they oversee global strategy and operations. They lead Bain’s AI transformation initiative, Modernize Bain, aimed at enhancing client impact and firm culture. Previously, Christophe headed the EMEA Private Equity practice and managed the Brussels office, significantly expanding client services. With over 25 years at Bain, they have established themselves as a leading expert in deal advisory and portfolio value creation. Christophe holds master’s degrees from the University of Ghent and actively serves on the board of Kick Cancer, a non-profit dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer.
