Parul Mathur

Parul Mathur is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as the Regional Head at Bajaj Allianz Life since March 2022, Parul has successfully established the Mumbai Retail Partner Distribution team from the ground up. Previously, as Deputy Vice President at Kotak Life, Parul managed multiple locations and drove business growth initiatives. Additional roles include serving as AVP & Zone Head for Strategic Initiatives at Max Life Insurance, where responsibilities included sales strategy and revenue growth across various regions, and various leadership positions at Tata AIA Life Insurance, focusing on branch operations and agency channel sales. Parul began the career as a Management Trainee at PNB MetLife, gaining foundational skills in sales and marketing. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Growth Strategies from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, and a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from St Vincent Pallotti College.
