Federico Funghi

Federico Funghi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as the Digital Engineering Director at Baker Hughes since March 2015, Federico has held roles including Principal Mechanical Engineer and Innovation Leader. Prior experience includes significant positions at GE Oil & Gas, AgustaWestland, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce, Atkins Nedtech, Alenia Aermacchi, Foxbit, and Alenia Aeronautica, where expertise ranged from stress analysis in military and commercial aircraft to gas turbine engineering. Federico holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa and an MBA in Innovation Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
