Andrea Miele

Andrea Miele, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager, Global HRBP at Ball Corporation since October 2006, with previous roles including Sr. Manager for Regional HRBP Manufacturing Operations, Regional HR Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Ball Corporation, Andrea held the position of Department Manager at H&M and completed an internship in Human Resources with the United Way of Greater Rochester. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from SUNY Brockport, a SHRM-SCP certification, and a Human Resources certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
