Oscar Chemerinski

Oscar Chemerinski is the Co-Managing Partner of Tel-Aviv for Ballard Partners. Oscar has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.

Oscar started their career at Copeval S.A. in Chile, where they worked for three years before moving to Westfalia Fruit. Oscar then spent six years at Hans Merensky Holdings (HMH) in South Africa before joining Procaps in Colombia as a Board Member.

In January 2018, Oscar became an Advisor for Start-Up Nation Central, a non-profit organization that helps connect startups with resources they need to succeed. Oscar served in this role for three years before moving back into the corporate world as a Board Member for Bridge International Academies.

Oscar spent two years as a Board Member for COFCO International before joining IFC - International Finance Corporation as DIRECTOR- Global Corporate Coverage in July 2014. Oscar was responsible for developing and managing relationships with key strategic IFC clients. Oscar also oversaw the development and expansion of World Bank products and services offered to maximize development impact. In 2015, they became a Board Member for IFC, representing them in three global companies.

Oscar has a wealth of experience in the finance industry and has dedicated their career to helping businesses grow and succeed.

Oscar Chemerinski has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a master's degree in economics and accounting from Universidad de Belgrano.
