Roshan Kadam

Roshan Kadam started their work experience in 2003 at Molex India, where they worked as a Tooling Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for product designing and tool design of various components for the automotive, electrical, and other industries. Roshan gained experience in design and development activities using their tool design expertise.

In 2004, Roshan joined Tyco Electronics as a Management Trainee, where they worked until 2005.

In 2008, Roshan began working at Bally Technologies as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and was later promoted to Associate Engineer. Their work at Bally Technologies involved sheet metal product development, designing, and drafting using the Solidworks platform.

Roshan Kadam pursued their education in a chronological order, with a diploma in Tool and Die Making from NTTF Dharwad from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
