Sarah Spurgeon

Sarah Spurgeon is an experienced Event and Operations Manager with a strong background in safety and operational delivery within the events industry. Currently serving at Balter Festival since January 2022, Sarah is responsible for compliance, planning, and documentation, ensuring effective safety measures are integrated into day-to-day operations. Previous roles include Health and Safety Coordinator at Mistress Mary, where Sarah developed compliance checklists and conducted site safety inspections, and Internal Traffic Control at Boomtown Festival, managing vehicle movements and incident responses. Additional experience includes operations management at Love Trails, registration operations at SXSW London, and leading event control at Secret Garden Party.
