Dani Faulkner

As Senior Director of Development, Dani is responsible for building and stewarding relationships, and partnerships, necessary to sustaining and growing the resource base of the organization. Reporting to the CEO and President, she designs and executes Baltimore Corps’ long-term resource development strategy as the organization navigates scale citywide and beyond. In the capacity of Director of Development, she develops and implements a strategic plan for donor recognition and stewardship. In her capacity of Director of Development, Dani also leads the development of special initiatives determined by the CEO and President.

With over a decade of experience and a love for her career, Dani brings a wealth of knowledge to the Development Team. She has experience and expertise in fundraising events, alumni outreach, board development, and grant writing. Before Baltimore Corps, she worked at Young Audiences of Maryland, Big Brother Big Sisters of Greater Baltimore, and the Baltimore Community Foundation. Dani graduated from Goucher College with an emphasis on playwriting.
