Shawn Moore

Shawn Moore possesses extensive experience in computer programming and analysis, with a career spanning from October 1994 to the present at the Baltimore Police Department as a Computer Programmer and Analyst Programmer. Responsibilities include performing administrative functions for the Records Management System. Prior to this role, Shawn served as a Program Manager for the Partnership for Learning from June 1998 to June 1999, where key tasks included configuring workstations, drafting procedural documentation, training participants on software usage, and mentoring individuals. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Coppin State University, attended from 1987 to 1992, with further study at Morgan State University from 1994 to 1995.
