Darren Cassese

Darren Cassese is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Manager of IS&T Clinical Applications at The University of Maryland Medical System, overseeing a team of eight Epic-certified analysts to ensure effective operations of OpTime and Anesthesia applications across a large academic health system. Darren has significant project management experience, having led Epic corporate system implementations and analyst teams, and previously worked as a Clinical Systems Analyst focused on Cerner applications. As the Owner of Fotoglyphics since 2004, Darren also brings entrepreneurial expertise. Prior roles include Clinical Application Specialist at Carolinas Healthcare System and Psychiatric Assessment Specialist at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Darren holds an MA in Psychology from Radford University and a BA in Psychology from Penn State University.
