Previously, Warren D'Souza held academic and leadership roles at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, including Professor, Chief of the Division of Medical Physics within the Department of Radiation Oncology, and Associate Professor. Warren D'Souza began their academic journey as an Instructor at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Warren D'Souza earned a PhD in Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed an MBA at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
