Roza Kawa

Roza Kawa is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over six years of experience in the recruitment industry, particularly in the EMEA region. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bambuser, Roza also founded Roze Recruitment, a company focused on tech recruitment in Europe. Previous roles include Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Mojang Studios and WMtech, as well as various positions at Klarna, UPPER, Rocker, TEKsystems, ConSol Partners, and Google. Roza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights with Sociology from Kingston University, obtained in 2016.
