Born in Rome on 20 July 1964, she is an Equity Partner of Grimaldi Studio Legale. After graduating in Law, magna cum laude, at the "La Sapienza" the University of Rome in 1988, she obtained the qualification to practice law in Italy in 1991, has been a Cassationist since 2015, and is a member of the Milan Bar. In 1985 she obtained the Japanese Language and Culture Diploma issued by the Institute of Middle Eastern Languages ​​- ISMEO- in Rome.

She has been an independent director of Banca Generali since April 2015 and of Seri Industrial SpA since November 2018. Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, from 2012 to 2014 she was responsible as Equity Partner of the Milan office of Studio Tonucci and from 2002 to 2011 she was Equity Partner of Grimaldi e Associati Law Firm. Previously, she collaborated with Clifford Chance and Studio Bonelli e Associati law firms.

From 1991 to 1996 she worked at IMI - Istituto Mobiliare Italiano SpA, as a lawyer of the Corporate Finance Department and in Staff to the Deputy General Manager of Finance and of the Finance and Equity Investments Department.
