Carlos Moura

Carlos Moura is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading technology departments. Currently serving as CIO and Head of the IT Department at Banco de Portugal, Carlos has previously held significant positions such as IT Director at the same institution, Director of IT Infrastructure & Data Center, and Head of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services Group at Portugal Telecom. Additionally, Carlos was Head of Network Management Platforms Group at ONI and started their career as a Software Developer for the NGIN Platform at PT Inovação. Carlos Moura holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidade do Minho and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova, completed in July 2023.
