João Mendes

João Mendes is a seasoned Data & Analytics Analyst with a solid background in statistical modeling and pricing strategies. Currently employed at Santander Brasil since March 2023, João previously worked at C6 Bank as a CRM Analyst from June 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that role, experience at HDI Seguros included positions as a Senior Modeling and Pricing Analyst, where a statistical model for pricing insurance coverage against theft was developed using SAS Miner, and as a Junior Modeling and Pricing Analyst, responsible for implementing business rules for automobile renewal pricing. João began a career in analytics as an intern, supporting the sales team in pricing evaluations. João holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, completed in 2019.
