Jersica Lozado

Jersica Lozado is an experienced professional in the fields of people analytics, psychology, and education. Currently serving as a People Analytics Specialist at Banco BV since May 2022, Jersica focuses on employee listening strategies, survey research, text analysis, and turnover intention modeling.
