Indranil Banerjee

Indranil Banerjee is the current Company Secretary at Bandhan Bank Ltd. Banerjee has an extensive background in compliance, drafting various agreements and MoUs, and preparing notice, agendas, and minutes for board meetings. Banerjee has also been involved in managing and attending court cases on behalf of companies, as well as providing legal consulting and counseling.
