Saheema Rawat

Saheema Rawat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across various sectors. Currently serving as the Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Leader at Banfield Pet Hospital since April 2022, Saheema previously held roles as Management Consultant and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Blue Beyond Consulting, and Director of Corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Services at the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology. With a career foundation in human resources at MUFG, where Saheema implemented DEI communications strategies and managed HR Client Solutions, Saheema has also contributed to DEI initiatives in academic institutions and consultancy settings. Saheema’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Juris Doctor from Nottingham Trent University.
