Kim Yacuel is currently the SVP & Chief Operations Officer at Bank 34. Kim has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and conversions to core processors.

Kim began their career in banking in 1994. Kim held various positions at First Scottsdale Bank from January 2011 to September 2014, including Executive Vice President Operations and Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for compliance and risk management, implementing infrastructure to manage risk and maintaining a culture of control. Kim was also responsible for the successful conversion to a core processor and for the management of the process integration and systems conversion for acquired banks.

From September 2014 to present, Kim has been with Bank 34. In their current role as SVP & Chief Operations Officer, they are responsible for the overall direction and coordination of operations of the branches as well as Deposit Operations.

Kim Yacuel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associates Degree in Banking and Finance from Glendale Community College.

Kim Yacuel reports to Jill Gutierrez, President & CEO. Kim Yacuel works with Tom Murgolo - Vice President & Senior Commercial Lender, David Matthews - SVP Regional President, and Henry Martinez - Vice President & Information Technology Manager.
