Yousra Younes has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the COO office at Bank Audi since 2008, following roles as Branch Manager and Project Management. Previously, Yousra worked at Bank Audi - Egypt as a Customer Service Manager and began as a Customer Service Officer at Bank Audi from 2002 to 2007. Educational credentials include an Advanced Managerial Program from the American University of Beirut in 2016, a Managerial Development Program completed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from the Lebanese American University, earned in 2001.
