Mohammed Aal-Manaa

Mohammed Aal-Manaa is a seasoned Security Operation Center Analyst at Bank Muscat, possessing over a decade of experience in monitoring and safeguarding banking systems from cyber threats. Since May 2011, responsibilities have included managing the IT Data Center, ensuring the smooth operation of core banking and application services, conducting troubleshooting, generating custom reports, and handling data backups and restorations. Mohammed has also participated in disaster recovery activities and managed various banking channels, including internet and SMS banking. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Systems from Gulf College and a Diploma in Information Technology from the Higher College of Technology. Mohammed began a career at Bank Muscat as a trainee in customer service and operations within the loan department in 2010.
