Joel Wan Rong Tan

Joel Wan Rong Tan is a manager at OCBC, where responsibilities include supporting the strategy and implementation of a machine learning model for credit scoring in small businesses. This model aids in business growth campaigns and enhances risk differentiation. Previously, Joel completed the FSTEP Graduate Talent Programme and held various roles, including a research intern at the National University of Singapore, where work involved developing a multi-QR code detector for Grab Singapore.
