Chad Allen

Chad Allen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of GWIM Structured Credit at Bank of America since May 2021, following a role as Vice President in the same division. Prior experience includes Vice President of Middle Market Commercial Real Estate at Bank OZK from November 2018 to May 2021, and roles at Regions Bank as a Capital Markets Associate and Debt Products Associate focused on Real Estate Syndicated Finance and REIT Corporate Finance, respectively, from December 2013 to November 2018. Chad began a career as a Real Estate Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from June 2010 to December 2013 and initially worked as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Treasury. Chad holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from North Carolina State University.
