Christine P. Katziff

Chief Audit Executive at Bank of America

Christine P. Katziff is the chief audit executive of Bank of America and a member of the company's executive management team. Since 2010, she has led this global division that provides independent assessments of the company's business strategies, operations, risk framework, financial management and credit standards in support of Bank of America's focus on responsible growth. She reports directly to the Audit Committee of the board of directors.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2004, she held a number of management positions in Audit and Compliance at FleetBoston Financial and in KPMG’s Management Advisory Services.

Katziff is the executive vice chair of Bank of America's Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and a strong supporter of developing women leaders in financial services. She currently serves as the executive sponsor for Bank of America's Investing in Women Leadership Council, which is comprised of executives from across the company who serve as advisors and champions of Bank of America’s efforts to support the advancement of women. She is also a member of Women Executives in Charlotte.

Katziff is on the board of directors for Novant Health, a leading health care provider with a four-state integrated network that consists of more than 1,500 physicians and 26,000 employees at more than 500 locations. She is also the American Heart Association's 2019 and 2020 Go Red For Women chair for the Greater Charlotte region.

As a part of her commitment to higher education, Katziff serves on the board of trustees for UNC Charlotte and Bryant University. She is also on the finance committee for the Central Piedmont Community College Foundation.
