Filip Rensky is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and equity financings. They served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs from 1990 to 2006 and currently hold the position of Vice Chairman at Bank of America, where they manage strategic corporate and financial sponsor relationships. Filip earned a BA in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University, graduating in 1990.
