Rama Yannam

Rama Yannam is a seasoned Technology Executive at Bank of America, serving since November 2008 and holding the title of Senior Vice President and Senior Technology Manager. With a strong focus on engineering leadership, Rama has successfully led teams in the development of critical projects such as the bank's chatbot, Erica, and has built in-house Natural Language Processing and Search platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Genome International Corporation as a contractor and Software Engineer, and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Dakota, where valuable web applications were developed. Rama holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and a Scrum Master Certification from the University of Washington.
