Julie Tanguay

Julie Tanguay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT leadership, organizational change management, and communications. Currently serving as the Director of IT End User Experience at the Bank of Canada, Julie provides strategic vision for the implementation of technologies that enhance user experience and leads the management of IT end-user services. Previously, Julie held various director-level positions, including Director of People Strategy and IT Support, where Julie drove IT transformation efforts, and Director of Delivery Enablement Office, which improved project execution by adopting agile methodologies. Julie's earlier experience includes creating a centralized Project Management Office at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and overseeing corporate communications at the University of Ottawa. Educational credentials include a Baccalaureate in Communications from Université Laval and a recent certification in Security Leadership Essentials from the SANS Technology Institute.
