Sylvie Latulippe

Sylvie Latulippe is an accomplished professional with significant experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Wellness and Employee Relations at the Bank of Canada since March 2017, Sylvie provides strategic leadership to align team activities with the Bank's objectives. Prior to this role, Sylvie held various leadership positions at CMHC - SCHL from August 2011 to February 2017, including Director of HR Programs, Policies, and Risk Management, as well as Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Sylvie also served as Employee Relations Manager, focusing on complex workplace issues. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Director at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat from August 2007 to August 2011, managing key operations for compensation and labour relations. Sylvie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Université Laval and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University.
