Markos Papoutsidakis

Markos Papoutsidakis is a seasoned professional in digital communication and IT governance, currently serving as a Digital Communication Solutions Manager at the European Central Bank since September 2024, where responsibilities include establishing partnerships across business areas and contributing to IT solutions for digital communication. Previously, Markos held the position of Senior IT Governance Expert and Business Analyst at the Bank of Greece since September 2017, leading IT project management and service demand management initiatives. Experience also encompasses roles as a Business Analysis Instructor at the Hellenic American Union, Service Delivery Manager at TRASYS INTERNATIONAL, and Business/System Analyst at INTRASOFT International, alongside earlier positions in MODUS SA and the Hellenic Army. Markos holds an MSc in Computer Systems Technology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a BSc in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
