Heidi Norton

Heidi Norton has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager at Bank of Hawaii since 2018. Prior to this role, Heidi held various positions at Cisco, including Market Manager, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional programs and implementing Agile methodologies. At OTM Software Professionals, Heidi progressed through roles such as Release Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, leading release planning and collaborating with diverse teams. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst position at First Franklin Financial and a variety of roles at JWAY GROUP, Inc., California State Automobile Association, and Tokyo Gas Company. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Puget Sound, a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Diplôme d'Études Françaises from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
