James Hereward is an experienced professional in IT governance, risk management, and mortgage underwriting. With a background that includes a world trip from February 2014 to January 2015, James has held significant roles at esteemed institutions such as Bank of Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed technical program management and IT governance since February 2022. Prior to this, James led a large team of mortgage underwriters at National Australia Bank and held various banking positions at NatWest Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Master’s in International Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, among others. Additionally, James serves as the Chair of the Risk Sub Committee and a Non-Executive Director for the Aisling Project.
