Elisse Erwood

Elisse Erwood has a diverse work experience in the banking and consulting industry. Elisse started their career as a Consultant at Davanti Consulting in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Elisse then joined Fiserv as a Business Analyst from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined North Highland UK where they held the position of Business Analyst and later moved on to become a Senior Business Analyst until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Elisse worked at Lloyds Banking Group in various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Customer & Business Change Lead. In 2016, they rejoined Davanti Consulting as a Manager Consultant and worked there until 2018. Since 2018, Elisse has been working at Bank of New Zealand, initially as a Customer Experience Designer, then as the Senior Acquisition, CX & Retention Manager - Consumer Lending, and currently as the Pricing & Portfolio Lead.

Elisse Erwood attended Auckland University of Technology from 2007 to 2009. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Information Technology and Economics.
