Eileen Manansala-Hipolito

Eileen Manansala-Hipolito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization development and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President and Organization Development Head at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) since August 2016, Eileen has progressed through various leadership roles within the organization, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. Prior to BPI, Eileen held significant positions at Jollibee Foods Corporation and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company, where responsibilities included leading organization development and employee shared services. Eileen began a career in management consulting with Mitchell Madison Group and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Philippines.
