ER Santos CC/IE, CPDI, PGDM, MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and multimedia services. Currently serving as Division Head - Customer Care at Bank of the Philippine Islands since March 2024, ER leads key departments focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving continuous improvement. As the Founder and Creative Director of Krewd Studio since January 2016, ER provides multimedia services while managing a team of artists. A dedicated member of Toastmasters International since August 2019, ER engages in public speaking and leadership development. Previously, ER held significant roles at Tonik, Smart Communications, Teleperformance, and other organizations, contributing to award-winning customer service initiatives and strategic transformation in various industries. Education credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Deakin University, a Postgraduate Degree in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Asia Pacific College.
