Siegfried Arman C. Santos

Siegfried Arman C. Santos currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Head of Workforce Management and Management Information Systems at the Bank of the Philippine Islands since October 2022. Prior to this role, Siegfried held various positions at Inspiro / Relia Global Shared Services - ROHQ from August 2014 to October 2022, including Associate Vice President for Workforce Management and Senior Manager for Workforce Management. Previous experience includes a managerial role in Workforce Management at SPi CRM from April 2012 to August 2014, as well as serving as Supervisor of Workforce Management at SPi Global from January 2010 to April 2012. Siegfried completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Applications, at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde between 1997 and 2000.
