Jeff Loader

Jeff Loader is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in credit and financial analysis. Since March 2010, Jeff has held multiple senior roles at Bank of the Sierra, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Rabobank as Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst and spent over six years at Wells Fargo Bank in various capacities, including Senior Business Relationship Manager. Jeff's career began at Paramount Citrus as a Staff Accountant. Educationally, Jeff earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and International Business from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, supplemented by graduate education from Pacific Coast Banking School and the UW Foster School of Business in Executive Leadership. A B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance was obtained from California State University, Bakersfield.
