Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer at Bank of the Sierra. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Jennifer previously served as the EVP Chief Services Officer at Equity Bank from January 2012 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading service design and development of processes and tools in order to produce maximum value to internal and external stakeholder with intelligent use of resources. Jennifer also directly managed deposit and customer service in partnership with technology services. Prior to their role at Equity Bank, Jennifer served as the CIO at Sunflower Bank from January 1999 to January 2012.

Jennifer Johnson completed their undergraduate studies at Kansas Wesleyan University, where they earned their MBA in Business. Jennifer then went on to complete a Wharton Leadership Certificate at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
