Ellen Setiawan

Ellen Setiawan is currently a Data Analyst Manager in the Funding Retail Payment & Strategy Division at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, having joined the company in December 2021. With expertise in business intelligence and data analytics, notable achievements include the development of a 'mini calculator' for merchant profitability analysis and various projects aimed at enhancing CASAs, product holding, and merchant performance. Ellen's experience extends to roles such as Junior Manager, Temporary Officer in Corporate University Division, and special assignments focusing on critical banking projects and employee training. Ellen also excelled in the BRILiaN Future Leader Program, securing a top position among graduates. Previous leadership roles include Chairwoman of IATMI SM ITB and President of ITB Consulting Club. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
